We are now looking for a staff member for our preschool!

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher education, childcare worker education, or equivalent qualifications. Preschool teacher education is an advantage.

You need to have a strong interest in outdoor work with children as we go outside with the children daily. Experience in outdoor pedagogy is an advantage. You work both independently and in teams and have a professional attitude towards children, guardians, and colleagues.

The preschool consists of 3 departments, and we collaborate daily between the departments.

The work takes place both outdoors and indoors, with nature and the outdoor environment as the main source of inspiration. As an employee in the preschool, you are responsible for ensuring that the work in the activity is conducted in accordance with the goals of the curriculum together with all team members.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and take initiative. The work requires good collaboration skills, a service-minded attitude, and you are expected to contribute with joy and creativity. You enjoy being challenged and working in a dynamic environment where clarity, structure, and flexibility depend on each other.

Since contact and collaboration with guardians are an important part of the work, you are expected to communicate well in both speech and writing.

The Organization

Knattehälsans preschool has been around since 2011. We are an independent preschool with a strong health profile.

We place great emphasis on outdoor activities, active movement, and good eating habits. We often visit natural areas and forests nearby where children can develop their imagination and creativity in the natural environment.

According to the Education Act, extracts from the police criminal record must be presented by individuals before they are employed in preschool activities, schools, and school-age childcare. You can order this from the Police's website.
